Ignite is KGA's Senior Leadership Development Programme for existing senior leaders within our academies and the Central Team.  The programme is for committed, ambitious leaders who want to further their learning, personal development and career within the King's Group Academies.

The programme is appropriate for both teaching and non-teaching leaders and is different in emphasis to external leadership courses, in that its content is tailored specifically to the needs of leaders working within King's Group Academies.  

This is a fifteen-month programme, involving 1 meeting per month (each meeting being a maximum of 1.5 hours), the majority of which are online and run from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm.

Prospective candidates are encouraged to discuss their expression of interest with their line manager and will require the support of their Headteacher/Principal before applying for a place on this year's programme.
