Ignite Participant Pledge

As a participant in the Ignite, KGA’s Senior Leadership Development Programme,  I recognise the responsibility and opportunity that leadership brings.  I commit to the following principles throughout this programme and beyond, as a representative of our shared vision and values.

I pledge to:
